Pollution levels in the national capital came down by an average of 20-25 percent in the past 15 days when the odd-even scheme was in practice, claimed Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai on Friday.”Some important things came up from the pollution data available with us for the past 15 days. First, had there been no odd-even scheme, the fine particulate matter (PM2.5), which was recorded 400 in December, would have been 600. The first phase of successful enforcement of odd-even rule will come to end by 8p.m on Friday, however, there is no clarity on the implementation of the second phase.
