A 11-year-old boy from Unnao has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, narrating the difficulties he faces due to absence of a crossing at the railway tracks between his locality and the school.This prompted Prime Minister Modi to ask the Railways to intervene, following which the Northern Railways has written a letter to the boy, Nayan Sinha.Speaking to ANI, Nayan said that newly laid railway tracks between his locality and the school meant a longer distance to cover for him and other students every morning.<!– /11440465/Dna_Article_Middle_300x250_BTF –>”Accidents keep happening near the railway track. We face problems while going to school in absence of crossing,” he said.Nayan added that he received a letter from the divisional engineer, Northern Railways, mentioning his application sent to the Prime Minister some two days back.According to reports, senior divisional commercial manager (Northern Railways) A K Sinha has said that Railways cannot construct a railway crossing or over bridge until the state government requests them for one.
