<!– /11440465/Dna_Article_Middle_300x250_BTF –>Seven persons on Tuesday died and three others got injured when a four-wheeler they were returning in from a rally of BJP president Amit Shah fell into a gorge in Almora district, officials said.The accident took place at Sangaon between Bhanauli and Kablikhan when 10 persons were returning from the ‘Parivartan Rally’ at Almora in a Bolero, District Disaster Management office said. Six were killed on the spot while one succumbed at a nearby hospital, where three others are still under treatment, it said.Senior officials have rushed to the spot. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat expressed grief at the loss of lives and asked the district administration to take up treatment of the injured and payment of compensation to the families of the deceased on a priority basis. The cause of the accident is still not known, the District Disaster Management Office said.
